General Information:


  1. *Please come by about 15 minutes early as there is a form to fill out for first-time guests to our studio.

  2. *Please remove shoes and leave them in the reception area.

  3. *There are cabinets to store personal belongings.

  4. *We have one bathroom at the studio for your convenience.

· *** We kindly request that for sanitation purposes that students please clean yoga mats and around yoga mats after class ***


What to bring:

* For Hot Yoga ONLY - Due to the excessive sweating and sanitary reasons, it is required to bring your yoga mat.

* Yoga towel (highly recommended to get one if you plan to practice consistently); if you don’t have one bring a large beach towel.

* Small towel

* Water (we recommend a hydroflask to keep your water nice and cold in our studio)


PLEASE BE WELL HYDRATED BEFORE ENTERING YOGA CLASS.
